Open-source tools and replication packages produced in the course of my research.
At a glance
Tools
-
An agentic pipeline that converts plain text or existing LaTeX tables into publication-ready tables. A router, formatter, auditor, and refiner operate in sequence, each determining what a given input requires so that only the necessary corrections are applied.
Open source 2025 -
Builds a publications page from a Google Scholar profile, separating conference and journal entries, emphasising the author's own name in each author list, and attaching a copyable BibTeX record to every item. It generates the research page on this site.
Open source 2025 -
Reports health statistics for repositories and individual contributors, with plotting utilities suitable for dashboards or notebooks.
Open source published on PyPI -
Automates routine exploratory analysis, from missing value scans through outlier detection, so that modelling can begin sooner.
